- We prepare position descriptions, create job advertisements, screen candidates, review resumes, interview and test candidates, undertake reference checks and provide you with a short list of suitable candidates. We do all this for a small percentage of the in-house cost. Outsourcing recruitment allows you to focus on your core business.
